General Info

Platform is a comprehensive solution designed to make online learning more accessible and efficient through centralized resource management, progress tracking system, and flexible tools for group work with 24/7 access to materials.

The Goal

I am excited to present Platform, an educational SaaS platform I created to address the current challenges in online education by providing a unified space for all educational activities and personalized learning experience.

Stakeholders' Interview

We conducted interviews with experienced online learners to understand their educational journey, challenges, and preferences. The participants shared insights about their learning process, which helped us identify key pain points and most valuable features for effective learning.

The survey was conducted to gain a deeper understanding of online students' educational journey, challenges, and preferences. The collected insights about the learning process helped identify key pain points and most valuable features for effective learning, which became the foundation for further platform development.

Key Insights

• Innovative Product: Completely new development, built from scratch
• Broad Target Audience: Product oriented towards a general audience with diverse needs
• Unified Platform: Goal to create a unified environment for students where all necessary tools are available in one place
• Clear MVP Focus: Initial version focused on student role with three main functions:

Through comprehensive user research and persona development, we identified key motivations and behavioral patterns of online learners, which helped shape the platform's architecture to address core user needs through essential features like progress tracking, scheduling, and communication tools.
